At RUVA, all products are custom printed and made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
As all products are customized or printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect design selected by the customer
- Color differences caused by screen or device display settings
- Any custom product that has been printed as ordered
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
A replacement or refund may be provided only in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product contains a printing or manufacturing defect
Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A complete unboxing/opening video of the parcel from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible
Important
The parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Wrong products delivered
- Printing defects
Claims submitted without a complete parcel opening video may be rejected.
RUVA reserves the right to verify all evidence before approving a replacement or refund request.
Replacement Process
If the issue is verified by RUVA:
- A replacement product will be provided whenever possible.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider or bank.
